Mentorship one hour a week for 10 weeks is all it takes for an internationally trained professional immigrating to Canada build their career. Our online platform makes it easy for mentors and mentees to connect through a private discussion board. All mentoring is done online.
- Mentees apply on Canada InfoNet (CIN)
- Applications are checked by CIN Mentoring Coach
- Coach looks for suitable mentors on CIN
- Coach emails mentor to confirm availability
- Mentor accepts or declines depending on availability
- A match is created on CIN platform
- Coach introduces mentor and mentee
- Mentor and mentee communicate on CIN platform
- After 10 weeks, mentorship officially ends
