Helping Women Explore New Career Paths in Canada Before They Arrive

PACE is a free, 8-week initiative specifically for pre-arrival women who are immigrating to Canada and looking to explore new career opportunities or directions. Through career exploration, personalized counselling and guidance, mentorship opportunities, PACE will help you prepare with confidence.

Whether you’re restarting your career, moving into a new field, or entering the workforce for the first time, you will begin your journey on the right foot.

Get a head start on your career planning and arrive in Canada with clarity, purpose, and a supportive network already in place.

Program Components:

One-on-One Employment Counselling

Work directly with an experienced Employment Specialist to set career goals, navigate your options, and build a personalized action plan.

Career Exploration Workshops

Engage in interactive sessions focused on identifying your values, interests, and strengths, and learn how to set meaningful, achievable career goals.

Virtual Webinars

Learn how to effectively market yourself, build your personal brand, and strengthen key soft skills to thrive in the Canadian workplace.

Mentorship Opportunities

Connect with mentors who can offer insight, encouragement, and professional guidance as you prepare for your new career journey in Canada.

Referrals to Resources

Get referred to relevant pre-arrival resources as well as newcomer employment and settlement organizations to ensure you continue receiving support after you arrive.

Who Can Join?
