The purpose of this letter is to highlight the services offered by you and associated e-mentors and to express my gratitude.

I came across this excellent experience when I was in the final stages of my Canadian Immigration process and had decided to join a Canadian university after migrating to Canada.

I am a mechanical engineering graduate from India having 20 years of professional experience, both in India and overseas. I was seeking guidance and specific information on graduate studies in Canada and hence chose an e-mentor on the above website.

I am overwhelmed by this selfless service rendered to the new immigrants, due to the following reasons:

1. Selfless, dedicated and professional service: The mentor treated every question with utmost sincerity and seriousness and provided very specific information without expecting any returns. She had spoken to various persons, like electrician, bank manager, and friends etc, to satisfy my queries. The relationship remained completely professional.
2. Moral support: The mentor was not only interested to give replies and suggestions, but also extended moral and psychological support when I was in low spirit or too busy with lot of things.
3. Extensive information and support: The mentor provided me with information on various subjects, like; universities and courses in Canada, review of Letter of Intent and resume`, Indian community in Halifax, Currency conversion, Driving License, Bank Accounts, TV/VCR/Electronic systems in Canada, general information about Canadian cities etc. She suggested informative websites, contacts and personal experiences.

Most probably I’ll be joining full-time MBA at Dalhousie university at Halifax and a lot of credit goes to my e-mentor Ms Sharon and Canadainfonet team.
