Reliance on any information provided by any mentors, participants, or others appearing within the Mentoring Program is solely and completely at your own risk, and, therefore, we advise you to exercise a reasonable degree of caution, especially with regard to revealing any personal information. Additionally, CANADAINFONET is for educational purposes only and is not intended in any fashion to be a substitute for professional help and advice.

CANADAINFONET disclaims any and all express or implied representations or warranties with regard to the information, services, materials, all resources accessible within the Mentoring Program, and from the result of any and all contacts that may occur from use of the Program. CANADAINFONET explicitly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, and noninfringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CANADAINFONET and its employees and consultants be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, contractual, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever of any kind, resulting from any loss, including but not limited to the loss of availability of the Program and the data contained therein or any other pecuniary loss, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in any manner connected with the Mentoring Program or from the result of any and all contacts that may occur from the use of the Program, even if CANADAINFONET had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
